Drobnjak To Stay In Europe At Least Another Year

A quick aside in the post-draft mayhem. As reported by J.A. Adnade of the Washington Post, the Wizards do not expect Serbian center Pedrag Drobnjak to play in the NBA this season. He has 2 years left on his contract with Partizan-Belgrade and the Wizards are unlikely to spend the necessary cash to buy out his contract (even though he only makes $20,000 per year).No surprise here. Still no word on whether Shammgod can or will go back to Providence next season.
